Photographer Manja Wachsmuth Creates Sunshine for UK's Top Drink Mixer - Fever Tree
Known for creating outstanding food and beverage imagery, Manja conjures sunshine from rain for Fever Tree's recent shoot in New Zealand.
Manja chats about how she added NZ sparkle to this iconic and much-loved UK brand.
I've been itching to share this series for Fever Tree, whose authentic laid-back style I’ve admired for a while. Naturally, I was excited and honoured to receive a fantastic brief for their European summer campaigns and new product launches. I merged my skill in product photography with on-location lifestyle shooting, where we crafted a range of organic, summery images set in two perfect scenes:
A chic rooftop bar and a cozy pub garden.
The hidden gem of Galbraith's garden in Auckland, complete with Fever Tree-branded umbrellas, became our unexpected hero. It shielded us from the weather and added the perfect touch to some of our scenes.
This shoot was a true testament to growth and learning. Facing unexpected challenges head-on made us all better, and the result was authentic, adorable, and perfect summer cocktails made with Fever Tree’s delicious sodas and mixers, captured in the late afternoon, err, um, sun. 😉
Kick back, relax, and enjoy - Manja.
